textbook rental and most fieldtrips. Supplemental insurance
during the school day, school activities, and athletics are also

Financial
Aid
Columbia Academy
offers financial aid to students based on money available and family
need. A student must be accepted for admission and enrolled prior
to applying for financial aid. An application is then submitted
to the School and Students Service for Financial Aid for processing.
Financial aid is awarded based on their recommendation and available
funds.
The deadline
to apply for financial aid is June 15th of the calendar year.
A summer work
study program is also available for students in grades 9-12.
