Procedures for Enrolling

Admissions Process Checklist for Prospective Students (Grades Jr. K-12)
__1. The prospective student secures the application and information packet from the Admissions Director who will also answer initial questions and conduct a campus tour and/or schedule a shadowing day if desired (Contact Emily Lansdell at 931-490-4302 or admissions@cabulldogs.org).

__2. The application is submitted with the non-refundable $50 application fee to the Business Office (all application fees waived for applicants who apply for the 2012 school year before 12/31/11).

__3. The Guidance Counselor shall conduct an interview with the applicant and administer an admissions assessment test to help determine the academic potential of the student for placement and admissions status. The Counselor and Principal will also require ONE educational reference form (included in info packet) and school records (if applicable). The applicant is asked to bring a copy of the latest report card for review at the interview.

__4. After the testing and interview are complete and assessed, and the school records and reference form are received, the applicant's parent(s) or guardian(s) are notified of acceptance status

__5. Upon acceptance, the applicant receives an acceptance letter and enrollment contract. Upon completion of the contract, the applicant pays the enrollment fee of $100 to the Business Office.

__6. The school office requests permanent records from a previous school (if applicable). If the student has not attended school elsewhere, parents or guardians will be required to furnish health records and a birth certificate before the student can begin attending CA.

This checklist applies whether the enrollment is for an upcoming semester or for immediate consideration during an ongoing school year. Omission of steps is with administrative approval only.
