LIBRARY GIFT BOOKS

Books may be given to Honor someone at any time -- Birthday, Christmas, special successes, special date to remember. Books may also be given in Memory of a special person.

This year we will also have books in the library for you to choose if you would like to pick the exact book. These books would be available for last minute gifts. Books given to the library in a teacher's name or friend's name would also make a good gift.

Please fill out this form completely. Return this form to the school office or library with the check payable to Columbia Academy. You may visit in the library any day, Mrs. Lynda Barker would be happy to explain how books are selected.
